Own Paw Thee Die feature some groovy southern stoner rock undercurrents coupled with an overlay of energetic punk hardcore from the landscapes of Ferrara Italy. The foursome have a penchant for slapstick groove and their sophomore latest EP Cock Tales Vol. 2: Poossy Of Darkness is an entertaining trip to keep in rotation.

This is not your deep pensive stoner rock. Rather its a light-hearted foray into five tracks that show some surprising diversity. Nico holds his own and mixes in some rustic chops hitting all types of ranges. We envision a charismatic lead on stage. Toro and Vero impress quite complimentary in their raw injection of high-energy fretwork. Gaio shines with a whirlwind of change-ups and impressive percussion. So refreshing it is to hear a band that does not take itself too seriously and have great chemistry. We absolutely love the intros and background sounds throughout the album. From crow cawing to horse trots to lighting up a smoke.

Track Listing:
1. Brainsnake (4:27)
2. Super Brescoman (3:24)
3. Poossy Of Darkness (2:49)
4. Cock ’n’ Roll (3:25)
5. Down Dog Down (5:18)

Standout Track:
As much as we love the brilliant fucking song title "Down Dog Down" on its own, we will take "Super Brescoman" for its fist pumping forward march into fretwork heaven. Love the chorus and cohesiveness that surrounds this track. Not far behind is surprisingly ominous and inviting track "Poossy Of Darkness"

Adult Beverage Pairing:
Also known as a Campari-Orange, the Garibaldi cocktail combines Campari, orange juice, and a half slice of orange and will fill your taste buds with a refreshing citrus and bitter taste. Invented in Novara, this cocktail represents the unification of the north and south of Italy with Campari from Milan and oranges from Sicily.

Garibaldi ingredients:
1 ounce (30 milliliters) Campari
3 ounces (90 milliliters) freshly squeezed orange juice
Plenty of ice
Half a slice of orange, for garnish
