The doom genre is off to a blistering 2019, we have heard some very unique albums to date and we feel it’s just the tip of the iceberg. Seedium hailing from Poland have seeped into our rotation with their weed-laced, heavy instrumental doom. Awake contains three tracks of expansive, mind numbing doom to get lost in. For a debut instrumental album, these guys have a tremendous vision as they have managed to capture and hold our attention. We do not miss the use of vocals at all, the sound that resonates from your speakers says it all, so crank this one waaay the fuck up. With tremendous production, Awake will test your system with its dense percussion and low-toned guitars. For a heavy instrumental album the sound is astonishing, dark and beautiful, they somehow create their own spacious post-doom aura. With a lonesome feel its easy to tune in and drift along with the heaviness, you may even find this album to be therapeutic at times.

2. Brain Eclipse 11:03
3. Ruina Cordis 07:07

Standout Track(s)
The standout track may go to the opener ”Mist Haulers”. The slow heavy hallucinogenic fuzz is absolutely addicting and the headphone experience is sick. We know it’s early, but this could be our instrumental doom song of the year.
